The Glen Cottage built up in 1893 and the Scottish Cottage in 1898 are building ponders in themselves. The Danish bungalow was additionally settled around the same time. These were worked by a British specialist. He claimed this bungalow for around 41 years i.e. from 1893 to 1934. After him this house was claimed by Nawab of Karachi (1934 to 1937). Later Mr. P.N. Kaul possessed this house from 1937 till 1951. Today it is running as a legacy resort.
